I don't mind mild spices and tastes.

Mary
Mary it is not hot really, just spicy, you can of course, once you have tried it either add more or less spice to suit your taste.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Serves 2

2 chicken breasts without skin.
1 onion
1 tub of low fat/fat free natural yoghurt. (largish)
1 tbl spoon of M & S tikka paste
1 tbl spoon of any tikka spice mix.

tip the tub of yoghurt into you cooking dish, finely chop the onions and add the spices and mix together the take the chicken breasts and slice grooves about half inch deep and rub the mixture over the chicken breasts and allow to marinate in a fridge for a few hours. Then pop in the oven, cover and cook for around 40 mins on 170 not sure about gas lol. Serve with a small amount of rice.

I also do it like so, soak the chicken in the marinade, remove and cook on a baking pan
so that it bakes. Once cooked, around 20-30 mins remove from the oven and allow to cool and place in fridge. when required cook a baked potato and when cooked serve the cold chicken tikka, sliced, with the Baked Potato and salad.

Both very low in cals, just the rice and potato and even those not on diets can enjoy it.
Have finally tried this Steve and it is really nice, not too hot at all.
Think my little bit of rice was not so little This is now going to be on the favorites list so easy to do as well.

Thank you
Mary
