Well what can i say we have booked a hotel at Treasure Island for a couple of days before heading to the villa, so i will finally go to the BEACH bit excited is an understatement.

This is a thing on our list every trip to do then DIY at the villa takes over, this trip our guests have asked to stay an extra couple of days and our flights are booked, so it will defiantly happen.

Sea screamer here we come. Going in November hope the weather is good.
We hope to drive up to pier 60 one day and also try to get to Anna Marie island another.

I will try and get some good photos and post on my return.

That sounds great Mary. I love Clearwater Beach, we had a night there about 3 weeks ago now. We stayed in the Hyatt Regency there, it is just down from Pier 60 overlooking the sea. A huge orangey, terracotta coloured place. The pool was on the 8th floor giving great views of the sunset. We sat watching it with a drink and a meal on the pool deck, outstanding!

You can park near the pier when you come from Treasure Island. Have a great time!!
