For those that say it is just 9 they are missing the point it is just one more tax on top of a lot of others which mounts up and adds to the cost of getting there before you spend a penny on enjoying yourself.

Bet when you get to America you will still get the same 'friendly' immigration officer and the same queues at Orlando airport!

Sorry if i worded my message wrong it is a lot of money i think, i just didn't want to sound like a penny pincher
As i say as tourists they get more than enough out of us now and i do agree it is something else adding to the pot.
I feel really chuffed that all my guests booked for next year i have sent an email telling them to fill out the forms now. Two have replied and i have saved them 240 between them.

That's fantastic, Mary. I am sure your guests are really pleased. I doubt that many tour ops would be 'wasting' their time emailing guests to save them money. That of course is one of the great benefits of booking directly with an owner.

JAF, let's hope that some of this money is spent on training immigration officers to be a little more welcoming to us Brits when we land in Orlando ready to spend more money to boost their economy! I know they have a very important job to do, and I know they are the front line of defence, so to speak, but they could still do their job efficiently whilst welcoming those people who are ultimately helping to pay their wages and keep them in a job.
