Now what should the best dressed pooch wear on an evening out?

Well if it shops as the Aventura Mall just north of Miami it will have a huge choice. When we visited last time I couldn't resist photographing some of the range of items available to the pampered pups of South Beach.

My favourite has to be 'does this shirt make me look fat?'

It doesn't stop there! No self respecting pooch would be seen WALKING on a lead....oh no, they either have special handbags to be carried in or a sort of doggie buggy!

Look closely at the green handbag in the third photo....see the round holes in the bottom. Thats not some sort of decoration.....can you guess what its for?

Yes, its air holes for its passenger......<:wink

When my daughter lived and worked in Boca Raton (just north of Fort Lauderdale) a pooch in a handbag was considered de rigeur for the fashion conscious.
