Since 1984 there has been an Orlando Farmers Market, a place where you can get fresh fruit & vegetables, food and crafts. On sale you will find a wide variety of produce from Florida farms sold by the farmers themselves for example,

organic tomatoes
roasted corn
orange/grapefruit
honey
fresh seasonal vegetables

There is also a wide variety of indoor
and outdoor plants

tropical
exotic orchids
bamboo
bonsai
herbs

There is music to entertain you along with beer, wine and bloody Marys and food. The market is situated on Lake Eola in downtown Orlando on the corner of E. Central Blvd & N. Eola Drive.

*Free on-street Parking on Sundays

We go to the Farmers market at Winter Park on a Saturday morning - it's so lovely. It's a veryupmarket community, quaint shops and a lovely square to sit and while away the time.

There is also a scenic boat trip which we plan to do when we go on 8th August

we go to the farmers market at Webster about 30 miles away from clermont on hyw 50 it is huge it opens about 7 oclock but will close around 1pm. they have different sections ie,fruit and veg ,usual tourist things, a huge car boot, wholesale good plus a whole lot more. you need to go several times to get round

I know its a small market, but its only about 10 mins from us... and its so pretty... Celebration Sunday Market.

Its lovely to walk round then have a coffee by the lake!

We did the boat trip at Winter Park on a previous trip and really enjoyed it. We were able to see quite a lot of wildlife.

We love going to Celebration but didn't realise that they had a Sunday market - yet another thing to go on our 'must do' list!

We're off to Winter Park this morning after arriving at our villa last night and waking up this morning at 4.20am......

We will do the scenic boat tour after our stroll around the Farmers Market and let you know about it later
