Hi we had a great villa last year 2008 staying at "Sunrise villa" at Sunrise lakes it was great ,peace and quiet everything we had been promised in this villa was there.Unfortunatly we didnt get it this year as they had a booking for a full year but we are booking for next year.They did everything correctly and we had no complaints what so ever.

Really nice to hear you had a great stay in your villa. It's what all villa owners like to hear.

I for one, always try to make our guests stay as enjoyable as possible and give out lots of info before their trip

Repeat guests are great for both the guest ( as you know what you are getting) and for the owner.

I am certainly not going to go by my most recent experience as this was not a good one and is an ongoing problem.But some of the villas that we have stayed have been extremely good and the owners deserve praise for their efforts as there are alot out there that give great customer service as well as providing good quality accomadation.It always gives me great pride to leave a little message to the owner in their guest book ,just to let them know that we appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!

We always love to read our comments book and see what guests have written. Fortunately we have not had any negative comments but we hope if guests are not happy with something they would contact us at the time so we could try and correct it.

Exactly! We have been renting out our villa for 8 years. It's impossible for everything to run perfectly all the time. If something isn't right, we want to hear from our guests immediately so we can make it right as soon as possible.

Like the other owners we just LOVE to read our comments book or receive an email from a guest who has just left - it makes us feel that we doing everything just right!

It is impossible to rent out regularly and not have some little issues (having said that we have touch wood been very lucky with our two homes as hardly ever is there anything) but the key is a quick response from our management company and making the guests feel like nothing is any trouble.
