I am really happy and wanted to share my news <:widegrin
My dates have been changed and we are off to sunny Florida, work need me for stock take and a couple other things and it was for when i was supposed to be off the beginning of October. Flight prices were to high so we were not going till next year but work asked if i would swop and they would let me have the time i needed to get better flights and so we are going now <:widegrin
From 30 October till 15 November, squeezed in an extra day as well. Managed to get miles plus money flights for £419 each, so much better than the £800 plus each for beginning of October.

Oh dear this means i will finally see the Magic Kingdom christmas tree <:widegrin and maybe go to Mickeys scary halloween party again (that was fab last year)
Anyone out at that time give us a shout and maybe we could get together and say hi.

So excited never been this time of year before.

Thanks for listening to my news

Thanks everyone i am really looking forward to it.
Some one at work yesterday said how do i still get so excited when i have been so often
I just said you have to visit Florida to know how people fall in love with it. Other places are just as nice and lovely to see but Florida just has that something special (for us anyway). <:widegrin

Thanks Ellie sounds silly to get excited about a tree and Disney parade but when we are over there it just seems to give you that carefree feeling, <:widegrin then back to reality.

M & S have put out christmas biscuits etc and yes mince pies this week, i am so suprised at how many we have sold already. They are having a christmas shop downstairs in ladies fashion area (i think it is) but that goes out end of the month.
I work upstairs in Lingerie most of the time and the bureax de change, say hello if your in at anytime.

I will, Mary.

How will I know you? Will it be the bags under your eyes as a result of being on the internet into the early hours hoping for a booking, or will it be the twitching fingers all set to send out a reply to an enquiry?

Or maybe you wear your Mickey Mouse ears?<:doglol

I guess you can't wear a t-shirt with a photo of your villa on the front whilst you are working?:<wink

<:lol Love the bags under the eyes you must have been in and seen me.

As it happens i do wear a Mickey mouse watch just to keep me smiling when i look at it, it is not quite M & S style but they are getting used to me now <:embarr Last christmas i wore a Disney christmas brooch and earings. What can i bring back this time l.o.l.

Oh course you could find me the boring way we all have to wear name badges.

The sad news we have is that M & S are closing our shop in Skegness after Xmas :( There will be nothing but £1 shops, charity shops and bakeries (5) on our Main Street soon. We shall miss it. The thing is it is a small one really and therefore I understand it could be unprofitable but they should have bought the old woolies shop next door and made it bigger and then perhaps it would have been more profitable.

Good heavens, Steve, that will be a loss.

Our old Woolworths has recently become Poundland. It has revitalised our little shopping precinct a little (it was dying on its feet), but we could seriously do with an M and S. It also seems to be mainly building societies, shoe shops and banks and the larger shops are disappearing, bit by bit. We once had a small M and S food store but it didn't last long.
