Tomato and mozzarella green salad with Italian herb dressing

Seared salmon with lemon and caper sauce served with roasted fingerling potatoes and sliced carrots
Diced chicken breast fricassee with fettuccine and broccoli

Looks like they have put back the cheese and biscuits again !!!
The meal we had on the way out in May was really nice but on the way home not so great.
I like the choice of white or malt bread. The chocalate dessert is yummy :).

It sounds so much nicer when you see it written down, not always so good when you get the meal though but we have always been able to eat the meals. Our big bugbear is that breakfast bagel or muffin, I am sure the egg inside is plastic!!
