Hi we have been to Florida now 5 times and love staying in a villa, each time me and hubby say were home,<:cheer
We now saving up to buy a villa around davenport area <:cool
If for eg the villa price is £80k how much do we need to save to get a mortage. Are we looking at £40k were looking to rent the villa most of the year were not looking to make £ on it only pay the bills and mortage is this possible , also what if we say wentbfor a £80 k mortage whatvwould we be likely to pay each month x hope some one can help or is it best just to save the £40k x

Hi and welcome to the forum. Buying the villa is the easy part, that is when the hard work starts. Buying a villa is a big undertaking financially but especially in regards to your free time. Before you look at the numbers, ask yourself how much time you can devote to this. It is possible to cover your expenses, but it requires an enormous amount of time to get those results. You need to market and book the villa out on your own to even have a chance at being successful - it will never happen by relying on a management company to book it for you.
