There is going to be a new 300-seat pizza restaurant and one of the special touches at the Epcot location will be the water. It’ll be imported from a source where the composition most resembles water used in Naples to make the authentic Italian dough. It will have traditional Florentine architecture, vaulted-ceilings and outside dining. The food will be authentic — Italian dishes (complimenting the offerings at Tutto Italia ) and pizza from wood-burning ovens.
The pizzeria is scheduled to open in the fall of 2010, and looks like it is going to be in the space between Tutto Italia and the Neptune fountain where there is nothing but a wall at present.
