We have been visiting Gatorland since we first started going to Florida about 20 years ago! The first time we went, we came upon it quite by accident. It was quite a find because we have returned many times since then as it is definitely a family favorite. Gatorland is a great half day activity when you’re taking a break from the big theme parks. Apart from the hundreds of gators and crocs in their natural habitat, there is a petting zoo, an aviary (you can purchase cups of nectar and go inside with the lorikeets to feed them!), a splash park and some really entertaining shows including alligator wrestling and my favorite one where they actually have gators jumping high in the air for food!
