I've heard it. The first Christmas music, on the TV with the Argos advert....is October 19th a record?
Am I getting old and grumpy like Ebineezer Scrooge or could they have waited just a little longer? <:wink

I was working out my shopping list today for cake, puddings and mincemeat as I like to get them baked before the end of this month if we are staying in the UK, which we are, unfortunately,, this year.

I actually bought my first lot of Christmas paper the other day to start wrapping up bits I have already bought. I must admit I felt silly buying it so early, but hey everbody else is so I thought why not <:widegrin I do agree with you ellie I think the run up to Christmas gets earlier and earlier or so it seems.

Well i am glad some parts of christmas are early because i plan on visiting Magic Kingdom just to see the christmas tree before we come home. <:widegrin
As for the rest of it, i am always wrapping up christmas eve thinking its all going to be ripped undone in a few hours.
Every year it is i will start earlier.
