For those of us that go to Florida more than once each year and enjoy going to Universal /IOA or , Seaworld/Busch gardens. do you know you can buy a year long annual pass for them for only $149 online [ it normally costs $99 for 2 days] and each ticket covers two parks .

And whats also great is you can pay them monthly at only around $10 a month , great if you want to buy a bunch of tickets.

At first I thought it was only available to Florida residents , but we bought them online tonight , so being able to pay monthly gave us more money to spend when we get there.

These are great tickets to get. We were very lucky to get one year free. Ours run out in September and have been worth every penny. Especially as it means free parking as well. Saving $12 every visit. <:clap

Thanks for the post i am going to go and get them again for this year.

Yes, we used to have them. Excellent value for money. I think you need the Preferred pass for the free parking and 10% discount off of merchandise and food. The preffered pass is still good value at $230 ish.

if you buy the seaworld/busch gardens annual ticket for $139 then you get free parking , its even better value if you buy a 2 year ticket , it works out at only $8 per month ...

p.s you can add Aquatica too for a few extra dollars , just go into seaworld website and look for annual tickets...

Thanks for that info Angela that is very interesting. Last year paid a few dollars at tax office to get resident status card that would have given us discounted park tickets but card never arrived in time so didn't benefit.

We bought these annual passes for Universal/IOA last year, but they expired on the 8th August. However, when we asked at the desk if they can be renewed, there was no problem, and we renewed 4 adult passes for $420!! It appears that they only charge $99 each for renewal. What is more, we didn't renew until around 20th August, so now are tickets will be valid for our visit next year!<:widegrin

So, Mary, it might well be worth your while to take your expired tickets along with you, and see if you can get them renewed.

Nuala,
Thanks for that i will go and renew them. They have been worth every penny or should i say dollar. <:lol

When you have a year ticket it is so nice just to pop in and not worry if you don't spend all day.

I've done really well with my Universal preferred pass this time. Bought this one in December last year and will be using it for the fourth time next week. Saved a fortune on parking plus other discounts (food/merchandise etc). As Mary says above, it's great to be able just to pop in for a short time and not feel like you've wasted a day on a ticket.

I've now just got to work on getting my 5th visit in before it expires in December... I wonder?
