Old Town

For a great Free night out, go to Old Town [ on the 192] especially on a Fri or Sat night . On both nights there is vintage car rally with 100s of old cars on show, I can guarantee you wont have seen cars like these before.
Old town is easy to find as its usually the first landmark you see coming from the airport when you see the giant ferris wheel.

If you are going on a Fri or Sat night it is advisable to go early and get a parking space, you can always leave the car and walk over to one of the many restaurants in the area and then o back again later to see the Parade of cars.

We love a walk through Old Town. We love to watch people on the Sky Coaster. I would never have the nerve to do it myself, but it sure is fun to watch!

Make sure you take a camera Mary , there is also a gorgeous white tiger there, it just sits on a table looking at tourists [ with a tether on of course] My daughter is often in tears when she sees it as she is very animal minded and hates to see a lovely animal like that captive.

We have been a couple of times over the last 2 years as the boys love the cars but we have never seen the tiger. It is definitely worth getting there early as car parking can get very difficult.

Where do they keep the tiger? We did see a lady with some ferrets.

The Tiger has been there the last 3 times we have been there,the very first time it was just a cub no bigger than a small dog [ very cute] now its much bigger

each time it has been at the back of old town where the monster truck is, there is a new speedway track there also.

We can recommend Old Town too - my hubby loves it and we have to go everytime we are in Florida!!!
