Sea World Orlando is a wonderful park to visit. It is set in 200 acres of beautiful gardens. There are lakes with flamingos and other wildlife. It is a more leisurely introduction to the fast and hectic pace that is associated with theme parks in Orlando. Many people choose Sea World as there first venue on the day after their arrival in Orlando. There is much to see and do here. The favourite for many are the famous dolphin and killer whale shows. The food in both Busch Gardens and Sea World tends to be better than average as far as theme park food goes also a more healthier choice should you want it.
Sea World has 3 Main Rides they are: Kraken, it's name is taken from the Kraken, a mythological sea creature. It was the first floor-less coaster in Florida. Journey to Atlantis This ride is a water thriller and some parts of it resemble a roller coaster. The ride begins with a slow journey up, taking the riders through the depths of the sea and entering the legendary city of Atlantis. Wild Arctic is a flight simulator where visitors take a helicopter trip to a base station at the North Pole. Once there you can visit the polar bears. More info on these rides can be found on our Orlando Guide here.
